FOUR (4) more votes at 67 would have been VETO PROOF...I think every place where jobs are needed, that list should be publicized to show that those DEMOCRATS, and if any Republicans....are against JOBS FOR AMERICANS.
63 Yeas, and Cassidy and Rubio did not vote.
They would be YEAS as well, so that brings it to 65.
We need two more Dems to make it 67 for an override.
