63 Yeas, and Cassidy and Rubio did not vote.

They would be YEAS as well, so that brings it to 65.

We need two more Dems to make it 67 for an override.

I predict the bill will pass, Obama will veto then the Democrats will play games and the Senate will fail to override the veto, missing by one vote.
