SPRINGFIELD - Police arrested a 23-year-old Springfield man who threatened to kill a Sumner Avenue convenience store clerk during a 2 a.m. dispute over $14 in merchandise and an out-of-state electronic benefits debit card, police said.

Sumbitch should have got some gumption. Just yesterday (in the middle of an ice/ sleet and freezing rain storm), a woman came into our gunclub ( member)and went into the ladies room. I noticed her because she had a pretty good body. When she came out of the BR, she had gained about 30 pounds. She was draining her Mountain Dew when I got ahold of the Director. I thought she stole the whole toilet. They checked her out and she had seven rolls of TP in her coat, mukluks and the back of her Spandex pants. Said she couldn’t walk to the Grocery store because of the ice.

This is learned behavior, 20 years ago had a business in Stockton. Kept extra tall cans of comet on hand for the mechanics to wash up with. You could count on losing 2 or 3 cans if certain customers came in.
