Islamic leaders condemn French terrorist attack
Trinidad Guardian ^ | January 10, 2015 | by Reshma Ragoonath

Even as local Islamic scholar Imtiaz Mohammed condemned Wednesday’s attack at Charlie Hebdo he says freedom of expression cannot be exercised without religious sensitivity. Mohammed, president of the Islamic Missionaries Guild, said the rampage, which left 12 people dead, was not “Islamic behaviour.”

In the same vein Mohammed said the media must exercise its use of freedom of expression with cultural sensitivity.

“It is fine to criticise Islam. We do not have a problem with that, everybody is free to criticise everyone’s religion. But not with the words and images and so on to degrade and disrespect the individual or the religion. We must not do those things and Islam teaches us not to do those things either,” Mohammed said.

Mohammed described the murders of the 12 people, among whom four cartoonists and two police officers, as unfortunate. He said the actions of the Kouachi brothers and terror groups globally only served to spread a bad image of Islam and make it “harder for muslims.”

I think the Islamist leaders fully understand that after ISIS and now the French terrorist attacks...people of the free world are 100% leveled off of not taking their sh*t anymore and are clamoring shields and swords for a call to action...

It’s now time for the moslem to play victim and start crying...to buy time to gather strength until the next wave of attacks...

Just like the death camps gave Totalitarianism a bad image, and made it harder for Nazis.

Oh really Mohammed. From what the world is seeing Islam just teaches you to kill the non-believers and those Muslims who dare stray away from the insanity of your religion. Get a clue dude. Your religion is a danger to the world and frankly too many of you so-called “moderate” Muslims just refuse to acknowledge it. Yeah, you condemn their acts of violence but you try to justify it by blaming the media for criticizing Islam.

The only reason the head towelheads are saying this is because they fear that the normal people will start placing restrictions on the towelheads’ actions.

Yeah. Islamic leaders condemn French terrorist attacks for the same reason that the Mafia bosses outlawed selling drugs — because it brought too much heat.

And yet still, the Mafia bosses were happy to take the drug money that their capos kicked upstairs.

Same with the “Islamic leaders” they condemn for the cameras, but support the killings and intimidation for the fear and obedience it inspires.

Yet none of them will condemn the “Prophet” Muhammed (MHBBIHBS)* for his well-documented and unbelievably barbarous, murderous, rapacious cruelty and psychotic teachings.

They always kill in the most cowardly ways which is why they are absolute scum of the earth. Look at that, it’s not enough that they have guns on them, they also have to ties their hands being the pussies they are.

“...But not with the words and images and so on to degrade and disrespect the individual or the religion. We must not do those things and Islam teaches us not to do those things either,” Mohammed said.”

Then get the hell out. Stop leeching off of productive societies and go back to starve in your backward hell holes. The First Amendment did not contain any disclaimers regarding disrespecting or degrading any religion.

Jesus Christ is constantly mocked and degraded by our artists and media. We Christians know that He does not need our “protection” or “vengance”.

Unfortunately, because of their scriptures' tenet of taqiyya that allows muslims to lie to "the infidel", their words are worthless. And also due to their scriptures, reformation of Islam is impossible; so give it up, liberals.

Just as all cultures are not the same, all religions are not the same. There is only one Truth and one true Messiah. He came 2015 years ago and He will come again.

...freedom of expression cannot be exercised without religious sensitivity...

Then it isn't really free, is it? Freedom of expression means freedom to express your thoughts/feelings on something without constraint.

In the same vein Mohammed said the media must exercise its use of freedom of expression with cultural sensitivity.

Right... {snort} Because the reverse is also true - muslims will express their feelings with sensitivity too. That is, they'll sharpen the blade before they behead you - if they like you.

“It is fine to criticise Islam. We do not have a problem with that, everybody is free to criticise everyone’s religion. But not with the words and images and so on to degrade and disrespect the individual or the religion. We must not do those things and Islam teaches us not to do those things either,” Mohammed said.

I really don't think Mohammed there understands the word nor the concept of freedom. I don't think he can wrap his head around the idea that some of us don't follow the teachings of islam and don't give a rat's backside about said "teachings."

At what point does “sensitivity” reach the point of acceptability to the Islamic zealots? There is no magic middle ground that criticism of any kind is accepted with no arousal of expressions of fierce reprisals from the Muslim ideology.

Submit to the supremacy of Islam, by converting fully and wholeheartedly to the faith (and all that is implied by that acceptance), subordinate your beliefs to the greater authority of Allah and the words of the Prophet Mohammed, or die for your apostasy.

Some negotiation or bargain that is.

Words are cheap.

If any Islamic leader says he condemns Islamic terrorism and then stops there, does he really? What’s the famous quote - for evil to succeed all it takes is for good men to do nothing?

The Koran says that anyone who doesn’t actively support the spread of the one true religion should be put to death regardless of what religion they profess to follow.

If my remembrance is correct, when every an Islamic leader publicly decries Islamic terrorism and then stops he becomes living proof of that particular passage.

It is past time for Islamic “moderates” to either put up or be branded as terrorist supporters.
