It’s openly us vs them now. I KNOW I KNOW it’s been that way for quite some time but before they at least put some effort into making a show of giving a damn about the people that voted for them. I find that escalation disturbing.
It’s now openly the DC elites vs us and how dare any of DCs own special people vote against Boner! As tho it’s all about Boner. It’s openly all about their power and F us little people. They don’t give two hoots that voters wanted Boners ass canned. THEY want him in! They are the important people.
This is a new attitude from them. openly hostile to the people.
If it was new, either those of us that have been discussing it here for half a decade are literal prophets, or have incredible foresight and luck.

Yes, they are more bold about it. But i maintain the reason people didn’t see it was that they didn’t want to. It has been there, openly, for years.
When every major vote results in crashed switchbords and voicemail, then they vote against conservatism and constitutionality, that in and of itself tells you one of two things. They turned the phones off in the first place or flatly ignored the will of the people.
Thats one example they repeated over and over. There were dozens. People always had a reason. An excuse. Something to deny wht happened was something OTHER than what happened.
It got so bad that to this day there are people right here on this thread they will argue to the death that their losing vote for Mitt Romney did not help lead the party further left. That is denial on a mental illness scale. When your party runs a candidate for the highest office on the planet that is openly opposed to everything Reagan ever stood for, how can ANYONE think they were not WIDE OPEN as to where their loyalties were?
