Maher is at least being consistent. Here at FR, we have often wondered how on earth liberals can support a religion that crushes free speech, enslaves women, allows for the molestation of minors, and murders gays. I know I've been baffled for a long time about this tendency.

How is it that Bill Maher is the only liberal who recognizes how dangerous the Muslims are to the left’s favorite issues? They are violently anti-gay, have a real war on women, and don’t give a darn about the environment. And yet, they get a pass on just about everything. I just don’t get it. What is it, fear?

Time for numbers. I have heard say that only about 10% of muslims are radical enough to carry out violent attacks. I will take that statement at face value.

A quick web search says that there are 1.8 Billon practitioners of the muslim faith. Simple math tells us that there are 180 MILLION muslims that want to cut our infidel heads off.

To put that in perspective, the US has about 2.3 million active duty, guard and reserve troops on hand.

Radical muslims outnumber the totality of our armed forces at about 78 to 1.

If you combine the militaries of Russia, China, France, Germany, England, France, Japan, Australia, India and Canada, we are still vastly outnumbered. 180 million divided by 13.61 million, or 13.22 to 1.
