In all future articles, the reporter should refer to Delauter as “The Unnamed Councilman” which will result in a very short political career for him.

I assumed because of his location and his attitude he was a Democrat.
This serves to remind me that though the libs are by far the worst, most of the Republicans are pretty bad also.I disremember ever hearing of a white person, let alone a white Republican, manifesting that level of industrial-strength sense of entitlement. I was positive it had to be a flaming liberal black Democrat.Boy, is he going to be dog meat next time hes up for reelection!!
Term Limits Forever!
Someone needs to get word to Mr. Delauter to work on using the press to his advantage.
You can’t go to war with all of them at once.
Make time for alternative news media - give them a shot it willl help them and help you get your word out.
Push the press to do their job and stick to sensible reporting priorities - as opposed to just being on the hunt for conservatives.
If you messed up, use it as PR to help you. It’s a great opportunity to show your exective mettle to the public. Take your corrective steps, fire the bad guy, cut ties with them, whatever, and make the most of it in PR.
Once you have really taken all your actions and really got it out into the press:
put the questions back in their lap. Someone on your staff reads the papers, right ? Why not confront them on things like.. well... what are they printing ? Your staff keeps track of issues facing your town/city/state. Reading the news is one of the ways you track what’s “going on”.
But you’ll find that mostly newspapers are just marketing the agendas of the elites.
Is that what a newspaper is ?
I would think front page news these days would be GOVERNMENT DEBT and JOBS GOING OVERSEAS.
Those are the things that HIT THE WORKING MAN/WOMAN IN THE POCKETBOOK.
Make press releases calling on the news media to report on these things.
You could make the “news problem” a nice platform to gain a lot of popularity on.
Food for thought for politicians who profess to be conservative.
Maryland "Freak State" PING!
Trying to boss the press around is hardly conservative. That 1st Amendment thingie again.
He is an a$$h0le.
