Two NYPD officers have been shot in the Bronx, police say.
It's not clear what led to the shooting on East 184th Street in the Fordham section shortly after 10:30 p.m.
The officers were taken to St. Barnabas Hospital and are expected to be OK, the NYPD said.
A law enforcement source said it appears one officer was shot in the back and the other shot in the elbow.
The shooter or shooters are being sought

I’m starting to think that Del Blasio was put there by Guiliani/Bloomberg types simply to TEACH a new generation of New Yorkers why their liberal wet dreams SIMPLY DON’T WORK in that city, given their ethnic make up.
One term of Del Blasio, and New York will likely see another 20 years of law and order.
