for the death of their child. You are not that naive to think they aren’t going to are you? You never heard of a wrongful death suit?

If the ACLU is involved what are the odds that this person is a potential spoiler, not in agreement with the majority decision?

I'm willing to bet that this juror has already violated his/her oath by talking to the ACLU and probably also to TV executives.

I'm sure the Justice department will apply pressure and this person's "story" of injustice will get out. They're desperately trying to spark something bigger than the stupid riots/lootings we've seen so far.

Wrongful death? You jest. Brown attacked a police officer, beat him in the head, and attempted to take his gun. What do you think will happen? If you attack anyone and attempt to take their gun what do you think will happen?

I don’t care. There will be a lawsuit. Guaranteed.

If I were seated on that GJ, there is no way in hell that I would want the gag order lifted. I certainly wouldn’t want any chance, however slim, for the animals to find out my name, address, etc.

“Frankly I’d be pretty pissed if you gagged me and then spoke for me. “

What did McCulloch actually say?

What (the grand juror) wants is to be able to be part of the conversation.”

What they want is to cash in on the money "Dateline" and "The Today Show" are dangling.

Bob McCulloch’s characterization that “all grand jurors believed that there was no support for any charges.”

If the prosecutor said any such thing he's an idiot.

Quite obviously there existed evidence that would have justified charges, if examined in isolation. The GJ decided there was insufficient evidence to justify charges, not that there was no such evidence at all.

“A member of the grand jury . . . .asked a federal court Monday to remove a lifetime gag order preventing jurors from discussing the case.”

In other words. . .I want to write a book and sign a movie deal and make big bucks.
