While it’s true that Italians sometimes come up with names like this, it is inappropriate for Americans.

Such names were very common among the Puritans. But we've kind of grown out of it.

That’s true - it was accepted in our early Protestant beginnings. But now I can only see that kid being teased by nasty boys in high school.
