He should also subpoena current White House spokes twister Josh Earnest. He was an assistant to the communications team when Attkisson made her request for photos and the matter was referred to him personally. He is the one given responsibility for hiding the photos or the fact that none exist with Obama in the situation room that night.

Also interesting is the fact that with the assassination being headline news the next morning during the fundraiser flight to Las Vegas, none of the press corps seems to have had any interest in asking Obama or his team for details.
