Everything is going according to the Cloward-Piven plan.

“the program is poised to make deep cuts in payments to many doctors”

You pretend to pay me and I pretend to server you

The networks that cover the Obamacareayients do not include top rated doctors or hospitals. For instance Children’s Hospitals are not part of any Obamacare network. Expand d Medicaid patients may have to travel quite a distance to find a doctor and hospital in their network. To make matters worse doctors who are in the networks are dropping out when they find out what the reimbursement rate is.

From the linked article: “The fee increase was a good idea in concept, but it was built on an antiquated system in which doctors were paid a separate fee for each service.”

Just exactly what is "antiquated" about charging a separate fee for each service?

I worked for 31 years and was paid a separate paycheck for each month of work. Somehow it worked out alright.

Many of the doctors on the plan have such low ratings you wouldn’t go to them if there was any choice.

The Democrats have declared a JIHAD on healthcare.

I’m in favor of a conservative Cloward-Piven.

Eventually the Federal Government will collapse, due to massive debt and uncontrolled spending. Just make sure that state and local governments are there to pick up the pieces and not the Feds and their Armies.

How long until doctors are required to have some percentage of Medicaid patients?

Medicare is also cutting reimbursement 1-2% per year. It’s a frog in a slowly cooking kettle. Eventually Docs will figure out they are essentially only working for health insurance and to pay off student loans.

Glad I am 61 and getting ready to retire, debt free, not paying loans along with all the other expenses.

It sounds like motto of the workers of the old Soviet Union is applicable here: "They pretend to pay us, and We pretend to work!"

No problem. Just bring in some more doctors from Nigeria and put them on the government payroll for a few years then bring in some more.

Best line:

"But the increase expires on Thursday — just weeks after the Obama administration told the Supreme Court that doctors and other providers had no legal right to challenge the adequacy of payments they received from Medicaid."

How long before they have no legal right to refuse Medicaid patients?

"Sandra Lynch, 49, at a health center in Fairdale, Ky., is among 9.7 million people who have started receiving Medicaid coverage since October 2013."

Lot's of "receivers" in the Obama fascist world, less producers.
