North Korea: No ‘physical reaction’ to new film

By Associated Press December 24 at 5:21 PM

UNITED NATIONS — North Korea says it likely will have no “physical reaction,” just condemnation, to the release of the comedy film “The Interview,” which depicts the assassination of leader Kim Jong Un.

A North Korea diplomat to the United Nations told The Associated Press on Wednesday that his country opposes the film’s release online and in over 300 U.S. theaters this week.

I watched "The Interview" today. Grade "B" at best. Not a "family" movie.
Some parts were funny - mostly just 'interesting' somewhat.

The funniest thing about the film is the over-the-top positive reviews being penned over on IMDB.com by folks that want to tweak the nose of the little tyrant in NK.

Here are a few.... they are actually funnier than the film is.

The film is at 9.4 on IMDB

If the gone with the wind and taken had a baby

The movie was hands down the best cinematic experience I have ever had. It was a sophisticated roller coaster of emotion that flung and looped the the center of my being to places I have never been. It has romance,it has action, and such a splendor of visual effects that that I literally wept. To put it in perspective I love this movie like I love my wife, except I’d save this movie from a fire. Before I saw this movie I had cancer, saw the movie, no cancer. The movie was so fantastic that time actually stopped. It has a run time of zero minutes because the creative genius behind it was so great that the the fabric of time was effectively torn. This rivals the birth of Christ and I highly recommend this film.

Ruddy bloody excellent

Shakespeare, Wordsworth, Chaucer - those are just some of the people who are left scrambling around on their backsides in the dust trail left behind by this film. I could attempt to rave further about it, but is simply hard to express to fellow mere mortals how sumptuous this film truly is. The film follows an overweight chap with pubic hair on his head and James Franco (that bloke you thought you recognised from that Wizard of Oz reboot thing a couple of years ago) as they, just a couple of pesky ne’er-do-wells, are tasked by the American version of MI6 to kill the leader of North Korea. Magnificent (and, to some undoubtedly, slightly erotic) joyous action ensues. I shall avoid spoilers but rest assured, the ending rivals that of Romeo and Juliet. I notice the inferior Shakespeare has had his work translated into pretty much every language on earth. I await the North Korean version with trouser-tingling anticipation.

A Hilarious play on the Dumb & Dumber theme!

This is by far one of the funniest movies of all time! Franco played a quirky airhead, and Seth Rogen played his Jiminy Cricket whose delivery of sarcasm was just as funny. Every millisecond of this movie was hilarious. My only issue was that, being showered with jokes in every scene caused me to miss a bunch of witty banter while laughing. Basically Franco and Rogen would make a joke per 30 seconds, but the audience wasn’t given enough time to laugh then listen to the next joke. There was no time for recovery. Otherwise, the cinematography was beautiful with a lot of photograph worthy scenes. I wouldn’t recommend this movie for children or conservative Christians since there is a lot of cursing and sexually explicit language. This is definitely a young adult film, like The Hangover.

A masterpiece

This film is an absolute masterpiece. This film transcends art, it is something much more. It is in a league of its own. I began crying tears of joy minutes into the film. My body started quivering, my hands started shaking. Suddenly, I started vomiting. My mom’s world-famous spaghetti began leaking from every orifice of my body. It was magical. I started speaking in tongues, my head was spinning. Ectoplasm escaped my bellybutton and got all over my cat. I had to throw on my fedora to keep my mullet from falling off my head. My monitor exploded from the sheer excellence of this film and shards of glass got into my eye. I had to go to the hospital and my doctor asked me what happened. I said “I was watching The Interview-” and he stopped me. Many patients had been in before me with the same symptoms. To sum up everything, this is more than a film, it is an experience. I will watch this film every day for the rest of my life.

Reportedly it started with 9.8. Then I checked and it was 9.6. Now you say it is 9.4. It is trending down.:-)

I wonder what the Chinese will say when they realize that the Sony attack was done by Russia?

The Russian disinformation, see below, is done to prevent NK to come clean on this.

My hypothesis: Russia recruited an insider at Sony and did the hack as a favor to NK.

About the insider:

The NK cyber warriors:

Why the film is so important for NK:

I also suspect NK had outside help. If the insider is indeed involved, it is very important to find out his/her connection to NK or its ally.

A new twist:

Three rival hacking groups including Lizard Squad call ceasefire after admitting attack on Xbox and Playstation gamers took it “a notch too far”.
