This chart from Dyn Research shows that North Korean websites have been going through regular outages:

Internet connection issues aren't definite proof that someone is trying to attack North Korea. The country's internet is only accessed by a handful of people, so it doesn't take much to force it offline. Officially North Korea only has 1,024 IP addresses.

"Officially North Korea only has 1,024 IP addresses."

That many? I thought the entire PC network of the Norks consisted of three Commodore 64s.

Obama will take credit for it. This might just be his “pretend” victory over a commie nation.

Cyber attack on North Korea. That should be easy since they probably only have a single pc based on the Windows 95 operating system.

Where I live, the maximum speed was 26400 bps. Actual speed was somewhere around 18k. That’s with compression turned on. (there is no digital phone service in my area/CO has a 1A switch)

When I moved up to wireless dial-up, I never looked back. (I’m in a fringe coverage area, but still get decent download speeds. 1.5-3.8 Mbps is a normal 3G rate here)
