NY POST reports that the killer posted on his Instagram: “They Take 1 Of Ours ... Let’s Take 2 of Theirs,” the post continued, ending with, “This May Be My Final Post.”
The Instagram page included an image of a silver automatic handgun with a wooden handle.
That gun matches the Taurus semiautomatic that police recovered from Brinsley.

Almost all events that wreck NYC mayors’ careers happen in summertime - the heat and the weather forces the poor and the reckless out into the streets. Leave it to DeBlasio to have a disaster in winter when the streets are fairly empty.
Believe me, the streets in NYC are NOT empty this time of the year. In fact, it is more crowded than it’s ever been with all the tourists coming to see the Christmas lights, trees and decorations everywhere.
I’m not talking about Rockefeller Center! I’m talking about where this killing took place. And, indeed, of course, crime winds down as the weather grows cold. I stand by my comments that DeBlasio can’t even do scandal intelligently.
