As in the US. I believe that Christmas time this year could be a problem. I “trust but verify” more this year than in the past when I go to malls, theaters or public events.

Well if it was last issued in 2013 and this one lasts until March 19, 2015, I would hardly call it RARE. Plus it is so general and worldwide and inclusive of pretty much anyplace one might go, I would hardly call it helpful.
