It's a happy, happy land of candy and unicorns inside that little brain. Val Jar keeps giving him the blue pill, and has a team working full time keeping reality away so he can continue to make speeches like this.

They would reduce the Defense Department for their cut. If the GOP went for anything so stupid, they would have to name the department that take the cuts - EPA, IRS, DOE, DHS, etc.
