We need to ban all OPEN primaries.
I for one, think opening to Cuba will change that place in a positive way. First, buying Cuban cigars will push capital in, sure, a lot will go into commie leader bank accounts, but, the average guy will want his cut. Plus, 57 Chevys will come back big. And then, they will buy tons of Chinese manufactured goods.

The Iowa Caucus was the best primary system I have been part of. As a local person, your voice got heard higher up. In Maryland, the Repub party decided whp your candidate was going to be, and you had to choose the lesser of 45 evils. In Iowa, the local caucus got to nominate whomever they wanted, and it moved up. If the groundswell was strong enough, an unknown could rise to the top.
Despite the poor results, in 1976, Jimmy Carter used the demoncrat caucusto go from no one to number one.
