The corruption was so egregious -- and the atmosphere apparently so friendly to bribery -- that one of the perpetrators openly solicited investigators for cash and named specific amounts. She even told one investigator to bring it to her office in an envelope and hand it directly to her, and they could have drinks later.

Kane's claim that the case is "deeply flawed" stems from the fact that all of the future convicts are black. She believes that in and of itself constitutes a reason not to prosecute. I think she's looking for a Federal AAG job, which would preclude her indicting black defendants.

Phila has fast become another Government run like Detroit and by similar people who know how to “play the system”......when you are raised to believe society owes you...that doesn’t leave just because you’ve landed a cushy job.

Detroit’s Collapse is 100 Percent Because of it’s 89 Percent Black Population ...they can’t creating any jobs or wealth, relying on the state to provide EBT cards/Food Stamps, Welfare, and federal aid/federal grants to keep the city limping along....while they continue to skim the cream off the top.

Black people will vote for black people if they are the best person for the job or not....and they’re always liberal demorats...if you vote out the liberal/Demorats in Phila then you loose the blacks from “diversity” in it’s Governance...it’s a catch 22.
