Jim Moran came out of the RAT caucus and said they are saying they need 80 RATs to crossover. Doesn't think more than 50 - 60 will crossover.

So even democrats agree republicans offered them virtually everything they could ever want and the still chose to shutdown the govt at Christmas because they only got 99 percent of what they wanted....
