"How to Eat with Your Butt" is the tenth episode of Season Five and the 75th overall episode of South Park. It aired on November 14, 2001. Did Trey Parker and Matt Stone receive royalties from the US gov't for inventing the technique? (Surely if Gruber was worth $5.9 million, Parker and Stone should have been paid at least that much!)

I recall a survival story where the guy (a doctor) kept his family alive by giving them enemas of dirty water to keep them hydrated. (It would have made them sick if they drank it.)
