Fasten your seatbelts folks, because here we go again.

Please note the use by the gun grabbers of their two-step process to scam them people into giving up their Common sense Civil Rights.

Step One: Lie or Imply a lack of People Control with quotes such as:

“When you don’t pass background checks, it’s just much more likely that someone will get their hands on an illegal gun and use it to kill their neighbors or their classmates,” said Sen. Chris Murphy (D-Conn.).

“Ninety-five school shootings since Newtown, and what has Congress done?” Murphy asked. “Nothing.”

Step Two: Anything that does pass will just be a first step – implying down the road they will be back for more:

“Background checks won’t stop everyone, but it’s our first line of defense,” said Rep. Mike Thompson (D-Calif.)

Then no matter what draconian laws are passed, they will go back to step one at their next opportunity with the same playbook.

Where once again they will pretend there is a lack of People control.

Gotta hand it to the Dems. They keep fighting no matter what.

The spineless GOP needs to take a lesson from it.

Im sure if they threatened a govt shutdown the GOP-e would be happy to sign up to help. After all amnesty and a bloated budget seem not to bother them.

I’m sure that criminals won’t be able to get guns illegally once universal background checks are passed.

They ignore the ‘Not’ part of that phrase.

They’re also ignoring that the people rejected their socialist national agenda.

They’re too busy running to the microphones to preemptively surrender.

Nope, the GOP plays a different part. Their half of the Uniparty already has its script.

It’s a multi-sequel horror flick. The monster didn’t quite die at the end of the last one.

If there is one thing about criminals, it’s their scrupulous adherence to the law.

If the tools of their trade are out of reach with extreme control over everyone’s property they will simply go into another line of work and there will be no more crime!

Certain exhibition teams have ‘opposition’ teams to act as a foil for their performances – the GOP is turning into that for the Democratic National Communist party.

And there are armed thugs in the government as well – but they don’t want the people to be protected from them.

Problem solved in 1968.

“Today we begin to disarm the criminal and the careless and the insane. All of our people who are deeply concerned in this country about law and order should hail this day.”
-LBJ when he signed the 1968 gun control act into law.

And in “fighting” their goal is total dominance, not congenial compromise.

They want gun control ending in total confiscation?
We should be pursuing, if not outright demanding, overturning GCA, NFA, 922(o) etc. We should, a la the Obama’s “memos” on illegal immigration, demand POTUS direct BATFE to approve Form 1&4 applications in one day flat, if not allow for immediate possession/manufacture in good faith & suspend NFA enforcement until approved (or not, with grace period to amicably resolve situation).

Everyone please note the subtle use of the terms ‘universal background checks’ and just ‘background checks’.

Leaving one with the erroneous impression [i.e. LIE] that there aren’t presently ‘background checks’

Part 1 of the Gun Grabber 2-Step.

That is a fine example of Part 2 of the Gun Grabber 2-Step.

When they do manage to get more of a squeeze on the cause of liberty in their efforts to choke it to death, they simply call it baby or first steps or a beginning.

That was almost 50 years ago and the Gun Grabbers are STILL playing their little game.

Democrats never take no for an answer.

Republicans never take yes for an answer.

The voters tell the Republicans to get tough, and they fold.
