She is not discriminating based on orientation, but on the activity. I'm sure she would provide bouquets to either of the principals to use on their holiday tables.
State law is subservient to the Constitution, which protects religious freedom. This State law requires the honoring of a ceremony that this person's religion does not allow. The florist is not against them being homosexual, but being forced to take part in their marriage as homosexuals, which her religion forbids her to do.
I hope to hell her attorney gets the argument right. Because then she could appeal all the way up to the SCOTUS, and get this nasty forced-support-of-gay-marriage crap shut down once and for all.
A good lawyer can help her shift those assets and protect them.

It is sickening to see how the masses just ignore.
This was a blatant set up by the homostapo. The homosexuals could have gone to a homosexuals place seeing as on their websites they have businesses listed which appeal to their kind and how homosexuals would rather keep their money in the homo circle.
I know this family here who is informed about these kind of issues will never shut about them nor will we ever accept their filthy agenda.
