There were plenty of blacks. Look at photos at link:

Credit CBS Denver: “Rush hour was tied up in both directions, but some protesters said that’s the price commuters need to pay to understand the problems plaguing communities.
“There are bigger problems in the United States than a traffic jam,” another protester said.
Scattered throughout the rally were two counter-protesters who backed the police.
“We support our police no matter how hard of a decision they have to make,” one of the pair said. “They still have to go home to their family at the end of the day.”
After the rally, the marchers walked to Naropa University.
Similar protests and marches have taken place in Boulder and Denver over the last week.”

Naropa University, what a joke. Most classes are described like this: ECO POETICS, The intersection of marxism and poetry.

What are they going to do after they graduate, say “hey mr. car salesman; I want to pay for that BMW with my poem.”

Well, I saw two, out of a few hundred, so that's probably at or maybe even more of the demographic makeup of the Boulder area.

The racial makeup of the city was 88.0% White, 0.9% Black or African American, 0.4% Native American, 4.7% Asian, 0.1% Pacific Islander, 3.2% some other race, and 2.6% from two or more races. 8.7% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.[13]

From Wikipedia: Boulder, CO

But I guess if they inconvenience the Boulder people, that's a pretty good target.
