Louie Gohmert (R-TX) exposed how House Speaker John Boehner, Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy and Majority Whip Steve Scalise strengthened President Barack Obama’s executive amnesty with procedural trickery former Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Obamacare architect Jonathan Gruber would envy—and they did it all in the name of pushing a bill that they told Republicans would block Obama’s executive amnesty. What’s more is that a series of interviews and recent developments indicate that Boehner’s gambit here is placing several of his top lieutenants—including at least two committee chairmen—at political risk of serious primary challenges just a few months after newly elected Rep. Dave Brat (R-VA) beat now former House Majority Leader Rep. Eric Cantor (R-VA) in a Republican primary. Gohmert said most members had no idea what they were actually voting for when 219 members—216 of which were Republicans—approved a measure, H.R. 5759, first put forward by Rep. Ted Yoho (R-FL), but subsequently dramatically altered by leadership officials in the Rules Committee process.

All those 216 House Republicans need to do is get 2 Democrats, go back to the boys and say, “Fix this! Today!
And yet you and I recall the absolute hatred and vitriol spewed at us by the Party Hacks who went berserk the moment we said we were not casting a vote for the Ruling Class stooge with an ‘R’ after their name.
I recall them saying” First we have to WIN the majority, and THEN we will stop Obama.
We tried to warn them. They simply said “Nancy Pelosi thanks you”.
The reality was that Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid and Obama owe their thanks to the GOP party hacks who insisted the rest of us continue to practice insanity by voting for those who actually WANT Imperial Fascism.
I could see that happening here, if they keep it up.

I realize that the congresscritters are hopelessly stupid but I thought that at least their interns and aides who actually do the work would be smart enough to see through Boehner’s charade. Is nothing sacred anymore?

There is no “executive amnesty.” Obola never signed an EO. He knew that the GOP wing of the Democrat party would do his bidding.
The only trickery going on is the gOP making its voters believe that they give a damn about anything other than advancing government.
If any of these people actually cared about the people they represent, they would read and understand that damn crap they vote into law before they vote it into law, but the fact is that they do not care.
And no, elections are not going to solve the problems of this country.
We are far beyond that now.

I am so damned sick and tired of this, what was the election about?? I can't express my true feelings, but I know they were NOT tricked.
That was the SPIN they were told to give us so as to protect themselves somehow and we will forgive them.
Better yet, all 216 House Republicans need to vote for a different leadership.
Boehner has not only betrayed the trust of his party's voters nationwide, he has betrayed the trust of those he purports to lead.
For this, he deserves to be unseated.
That smarmy Kevin McCarthy is a backstabbing weasel. It appears he like doing the Monica on Boehner’s Rectum.
First time I saw him being interviewed I pegged him as a queer Benedict Arnold. Power drunk too.
That has worked in the past, and the liberal republicans got reelected.

Oh please! Conservative won’t do a damn thing. Certainly not one that involves violence. I expect some scathing emails and phone calls to their representatives. That will teach them!
