Are they calling it “man made climate change” now? Can they not decide whether it’s warming or cooling? We have had “climate change” from the beginning of the earth until today, it warms and then it cools, it’s not “man made” and it’s not “fixable” by man. It’s used as an excuse by socialist to control free societies and to keep the oppressed, oppressed and the underdeveloped, underdeveloped. Socialist/communist prefer subjects to citizens.
“Global warming” is just an excuse to justify expanding government power. The graphs published by the UN Panel for Climate Change were proved fraudulent.
Sometimes they’ll call it “man made climate change” — despite the fact that they haven’t noticed that if it’s man made cooling, hobbling the energy economy as a response makes no sense. But usually they just call it “climate change” — a Newspeak phrase that can mean the same thing as the English phrase “climate change” (so that anyone who says there is no such thing can be portrayed as a fool or an oil-industry shill) or the same thing as “anthropogenic global warming” (so that there’s still an excuse for massive government intervention in the energy economy to “control carbon emissions”) as suits the Party at any given moment.
Incidentally there is undoubtedly such a thing as man made climate change, examples include the urban heat-island effect, the moderation of summer temperatures in the American Great Plains following the creation of a large number of man-made lakes by the Corps of Engineers, and the desertification of the margins of the Mediterranean as a result of the destruction of Roman agricultural practices and over-grazing occasioned by the advance of Islam (cf. the Younger Fill).
