NYC doesn’t care PERIOD.
The residents of the city are so indifferent that only 22% of the city bothered to vote when De Blasio got elected.
The rest simply did not care.
Why does police department have to change. Why not re-train potential perps to respect the law?

that’s pretty sad- I wonder if there are even any republicans in NYC- perhaps if there are, they just figure the city is liberal and htere’s nothing they can do about it- I dunno
