House Speaker John Boehners top committee chairman says he wants an immigration bill that would allow millions of foreign migrants to stay and work jobs sought by Americans.
Im going to use my assets and resources in the new year to work with this Congress
to have a well-understood agreement about what the law should be, and how we as communities, and farm communities, and tech communities, create circumstances where we can have people be in this country and work, and where not one person is quote thrown out or deported, said Rep. Pete Sessions, the chairman of the powerful House rules committee, told a group of Democratic legislators.

I didn’t vote this year and I felt any one who relied on the Republican Party to save the country was dreaming.
The GOP leadership shares Obama’s pro-amnesty proclivities. They’re only outraged he stole the political credit for making it happen from them.
They’re not and never will be the kind of folks with the fortitude to stand up to him and his policies.
If one renounces US Citizenship, does amnesty apply and they just have to come back in and all is forgiven?
I’d spew my vitriol, but it only serves to make my head hurt. I’m not surprised by this. The current spineless GOPe will bow down and kiss butt. Conservatives will have a tough go of things in trying to do what we put them in office to do. My head really shouldn’t be spinning.
Maybe the focus should be on impeaching John Boehner, not BHO.

Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL), has set up an active war room dedicated to undermining Obama's plans on immigration, and is next in line to chair the Budget Committee. From that perch, he would have the power to set spending parameters that undermine the president's moves.

They’re here and they’re going to stay here no matter how much we don’t like it. I support a two-pronged Republican approach:
1. Secure the border (a real border security plan, not Obama’s or McCain’s half-assed approach).
2. For those all ready here, issue them red-cards which lets them work and pay taxes, but does not give them any special benefits (like in-state tuition for schools). A red-card would keep track of them and require them to go back to wherever they came from upon expiration and would not give them a pathway to citizenship. Those that don’t have a card or commit crimes would be deported and a secure border would keep them out and from coming back.
I guess Rand means these "natural constituents":
Spanish-Language Campaign Ad Calls Tea Party "Radical Terrorists"
Breitbart ^ | Nov. 2, 2014 | Sarah Rumpf / FR Posted by River Hawk
AUSTIN, Texas -- The Bexar County Democratic Party launched a controversial Spanish-language ad during the final week before the November 4 elections, calling tea party Republicans "radical terrorists."
The Democrat campaign ad begins showing the American and Mexican flags, with a male narrator saying in Spanish that the flags represent "friendship, liberty, opportunity, and justice," then showing a Gadsden flag with its famous "Don't Tread on Me" motto. The Gadsden flag, which the ad calls "muy peligrosa," or "very dangerous," was designed in 1775 during the American Revolution and has since been adopted as a symbol by various libertarian and tea party groups.
The Democrat campaign ad then proceeds to call tea party Republicans "radical terrorists" while showing images of militia members holding guns and wearing camouflage, threatening "our children and families with violence and firearms," urging viewers to "¡Voto Demócrata!"
The full text of the ad, in English: "These two flags represent friendship, liberty, opportunity and justice. This flag is very dangerous. It is the flag of the Republicans of the Tea Party. They are radical terrorists who want to take matters into their own hands, affecting our children and families with violence and firearms on the border and in our cities.
This Tuesday, November 4th, is the day of the election and its the only time we can make our voice count. For our common good, Vote Democrat!"
Bexar County Democratic Party Chairman Manuel Medina admitted his organization was responsible for the ad, and claimed credit himself for creating it.
Medina went even further in an interview with the San Antonio Express-News, saying, "The tea party is not a political party. They're a terrorist organization."
The Express-News also reported that the ad was running on Univision, paid for by a $25,000 donation from personal injury attorney Thonas J. Henry. (Excerpt) Read more at breitbart.com ...
What should one do when both parties hate America and hate Americans?
I had to check, not John Semmens.
Are they nuts? I can understand the dims wanting a added voter base but the rinos?
What is the logic for wanting amnesty for these illegals?
Theyre not and never will be the kind of folks with the fortitude to stand up to him and his policies.
***********
The GOP “leadership” is right back to its old tricks. Deceiving its base to get elected and, once in office, being a handmaiden to Democrats. Its sad and pathetic that the base can’t figure this game out.
p.s. I would in the oil patch and supervise sub-contractors that employ Hispanics. Most do not speak English and I have no idea how many are here illegally and have false documents. Many are truck drivers who I suspect have NM driver’s licenses given them by former Rat governor Bill Richardson.
The logic is the money people behind the GOPe including the Chamber of Commerce want amnesty and more cheap labor coming in.
Vote gope they said. They are better than the democrats they said.
They are full of it.
Ballot box - fail
soap box - fail
ammo box - untested
The founders gave us the answer and they would have been shooting by now.
“I didnt vote this year and I felt any one who relied on the Republican Party to save the country was dreaming”
Well I voted but I also told my best friend who votes GOP that they will not restore the Constitutional Republic. They will never reduce the size of government. They love big government as much as the Dems. Its just that the GOP wants to wield the power.
The current leadership of the GOP is wedded to Big Business. They want amnesty just as bad as the Democrats but for a different reason. The fact that the American public does not want amnesty matters little.
I predict that the few good guys we have managed to elect will fight this but I’m not sure they can stop it.
IMO we went past the ballot box in 2012. This cultural war that our country is embroiled in will be decided by CWII. It is coming whether you want to deal with it or not. At this point the GOPe leadership is as likely to spark it off as the Democrats.
1. Realize the ballot box is no longer effective, and...
2. Use the soapbox as often and as loudly as possible, and...
3. Be sure to have a good stock of ammo boxes.
They would have been shooting back in 1913. We've not lived up to the Founder's legacy, and I daresay we likely never will. Far too much sacrifice required for that nonsense. I gotta work all week just to pay the mortgage.
See Corporate Managers & "Immigration Reform".
We need to demand a full & open debate on these matters, within the Republican Party apparatus. If we keep the light on what is actually involved, some of those pushing this travesty will run for cover.

The ammo box is all for show.
