Why? It is factually correct. He DID fatally choke a man to death.

He wasn’t choked. The coroner’s findings show he wasn’t choked and the video shows the same.

The same coroner called it a homicide. I got eyes and watched the video. He did choke that man. Stop making excuses for bad cops.
