On the same day one grand jury decided not to indict officer Daniel Pantaleo in the death of Eric Garner, an unarmed black man who was killed after being put in a chokehold last July, a different jury did indict 22-year-old Ramsey Orta, the man who captured Garner's death on camera. Orta was charged with weapon possession after being arrested on Aug. 2, less than one month after taping Garner's confrontation with police.

The headline makes it sound like his arrest was related to the filming. It wasn’t. So why report it? Because it was related. Please read the article
“When they searched me, they didn't find nothing on me,” Orta said after his arrest. “And the same cop that searched me, he told me clearly himself, that karma's a bitch, what goes around comes around.”

Eric Garner died of an asthma attack. That's why he could not breathe. The police were not restricting his breathing. Prolly thought Garner was lying to them in an attempt to get loose again

Yup. Since there were others filming its safe bet that the media also has video of the black supervising officer but they are choosing to keep it to themselves.

Exactly. He died from an asthma attack induced by stress over fatty resisting arrest. Eric Garner was a pest who had been arrested many times before but this time he decided to resist. He decided to f around with the coppers and now he’s dead

At the time of the arrest he stated they didn't find nothing on him and those searching him he told him:
"Karma was a bitch, what goes around comes around.”

Why? Every word in that headline is true.
...
Garner wasn’t choked. The coroner found no damage to the trachea or the bones in the neck. And the video shows he wasn’t choked either.

He wasn’t choked. The coroner’s findings show he wasn’t choked and the video shows the same.
