On the same day one grand jury decided not to indict officer Daniel Pantaleo in the death of Eric Garner, an unarmed black man who was killed after being put in a chokehold last July, a different jury did indict 22-year-old Ramsey Orta, the man who captured Garner's death on camera. Orta was charged with weapon possession after being arrested on Aug. 2, less than one month after taping Garner's confrontation with police.

You have to admit it’s easier to “target” somebody when they are consistenly and continually breaking the law as this guy seems to.

I made no reference to race and I don’t think it was a racial incident. I do believe that the cops murdered a man and got away with it.

I disagree...I don’t want officers to be my ‘friend’...just to do their job they are given the ‘authority’ to do without the nonsense they have to put up with from fools and idiots.
The definition for murder is with the intent to kill someone...planned and carried out. The man died through the choices he made by resisting arrest and not being responsible for his own health...end of story.

Saw a clear video of it and it looks like a choke hold to me.
