As the number of sexual assault allegations against Bill Cosby grows, the comedian is now facing a lawsuit from a woman who claims Cosby molested her when she was 15. In a suit filed at Los Angeles County Superior Court on Tuesday, Judy Huth states that Cosby sexually assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion in 1974, the Los Angeles Times reports. The lawsuit marks the first time the latest wave of accusations against Cosby has resulted in legal action.
While the state of California can only pursue criminal charges against Cosby had the incident occurred in 1988 or after due to the statute of limitations, a civil trial could proceed if Huth can prove that she has developed "psychological injuries and illnesses" in the past three years as a result of the decades-old alleged assault.

He took her to the Playboy mansion.
I saw Herman Cane on a Fox interview about a year ago. When asked about the sex charges, he swore he did not know the women, never met them before, didn’t do it.
Again, he took her there. She was not there to begin with.
We can assume that not all of the young females that Cosby used like this were bimbos. Their parent's may have been pimps, but the girls weren't bimbos. They were victims.
However, the core of this group of females were what is known in Hollywood as "aspiring young starlets".
They threw themselves at Cosby. They'd do anything to become a star. They admit to being high on drugs BEFORE they drank the alcohol. They admit they were underage , yet drank anyway (because he insisted.....right).
Well. You can ask the Catholic Church about it. It has been sued for abuse that supposedly happened three, four and even five or more decades ago by people who have been dead for many years.
There must not be a statute of limitations on civil suites.
I don’t think it is reasonable that 20 women are lying. I have liked Cosby’s work since 1960s and saddened that he was such a scumbag. I had no idea.
Fine, but just be sure you compare Cosby's PUBLIC pronouncements with Clinton's PUBLIC pronouncements, and then compare Cosby's PRIVATE behavior with Clinton's PRIVATE behavior.
Then tell me what you come up with.

It was a comedian who called Cosby a serial rapist on stage that began all of this.
I think parents can be understood and forgiven for not knowing where their kids are every second of every day. When I was growing up I would disappear from home for hours at a time at a much earlier age.
I think one problem is that Cosby was rich and powerful. The Playboy Mansion would allegedly give him more cachet and another place to indulge in sexual excesses. I think girls are able and willing to mask and lie about their age to get into concerts, bars, and so on. Finally, to some degree LA IMHO is a cultural and social cesspool.
I was single and living just a few miles away from the Playboy Mansion at about that time. I do not recall being aware that the place even existed, or if I was aware, that it was so close to me that I could have visited it. I was just too busy working, and apparently I had led a sheltered existence up until then. Ok, maybe a really sheltered existence, lol...
Good list. I wonder when Hillary will be asked about Cosby and old accusations. Since it will probably be a career ender for whomever asks the question, I’m not holding my breath.

I didn’t want to believe the stuff about Cain, but it got to the point where, like with Cosby, I did believe it. I thought Cain’s responses were too inane and deflective as he finally dropped out of the campaign. With Cosby, the sheer number and consistency of reported mode of operation doesn’t look good for Cosby, even though I which it weren’t true.
Nevertheless, the Left lets their darlings like Clinton get off scot-free. Not so with those including, and maybe especially, blacks who have non-Leftist messages like Cain and Cosby.

All of the time, I hear, “why would he do it? He could have any woman he wants”. That is the mantra at FR.
But that is Cosby’s special kinkiness ... he gets off on having his way with females who are totally incapacitated ... unable to say yes or no. He is really a sick puppy.
I hope his wife leaves him ... for her sake.

This being a civil suit, there is no statute of limitations. And the standard for finding against Cosby is a lot lower than a public prosecution.
I greatly doubt Cosby’s innocence.
What a mess.
The result: Hillary Clinton....alcoholic stumbler, bumbler, and babbler.
The victims weren’t all white.
And that was OK with her parents ?
