What's that you say? Democrats who are believed to have sexually assaulted dozens of women? Not possible. It's the REPUBLICANS who are conducting a war on women. Every one knows that!

Listen to the national outrage from Democrats about the rape and slavery in the Middle East. Oh wait, my bad. They are concerned about the midwest where Holder is sensing a golden opportunity.

I realize this might be an exceptionally unpopular opinion, but I believe what the media is doing to Cosby is reprehensible. Perhaps it’s that I grew up knowing the man as Mr. Huxtable, perhaps it’s that he’s an outspoken critic of black youth culture, or perhaps it’s that he’s an old man; I don’t believe anyone, regardless their transgressions, should have to go through what he’s enduring.

Did Teddy rape too? All I remember is he jumped on some waitress, but why call him a rapist when he's a killer? Not only a killer, but one who killed by torture. Remember the diver, said he found Mary Jos head sticking up in an air pocket of the car, said she was alive for at least 2 hours while that drunk piece of rat filth hung out for 9 hours. Plus you ever see a photo of the car in the water? It was barely submerged....He purposelly allowed her to die if not outright intended to kill her. He could get out but not her?

I used to think the most dangerous place for a woman to be in Washington was between Ted Kennedy and Chris Dodd. Now it seems like its between Bill Clinton and Bill Cosby.

I was cutting him some slack for awhile. Got together with my brother in law over Thanksgiving who is a retired airline pilot. When something came on the TV about Cosby he said that a lot of flight attendants were going to love watching him fall. He had him on several flights and said he was one of the most rude and vulgar passengers he had ever had.

Guess we can say that about a lot of folks. Hell, look at Bob Saget. The man played an OCD single dad on Full House, but his comedy is as raunchy as it gets.

Cos is getting lots of cancellations but the website for Wilbur Theatre in Boston still lists him, 2 shows Feb 8.
In addition to rape, he supposedly drugged womens’ drinks, another crime. But maybe all these events are beyond the statute of limitations and he may not get prosecuted. His wife stands by him but they have a comfortable life. He is losing some money over this like the NBC series cancellation.
The audio of the NPR and AP interviews show him stonewalling and controlling. Refusing to say anything (fear of libel suit if he accuses them of lying, or can he get away with it?).

This won’t be the last icon that falls. As time passes, more and more will come out about morally corrupt democrats. It finally catches up with them.

While I'm willing to Cosby the benefit of the doubt (innocent until proven guilty and all that). The rumors have be swirling since even back in his "Huxtable" days. I clearly remember a magazine interview in Rolling Stone or one of those entertainment type rags in my youth that Richard Pryor did back during the "Cosby Show" heyday (early-mid 1980's), when Cosby had recently come out and attacked "blue" comics such as Pryor and Eddie Murphy. Pryor essentially said that Cosby's squeaky clean persona was the biggest joke in showbiz and that him and Cosby were friends back in the day and that some of the sex and drug exploits Cosby got into made him (Pryor) look like an angel by comparison (and Pryor was certainly no angel). The interviewer then asked him for details and he said he wasn't going to air "that cat's dirty laundry" but then added cryptically, "At least all my women are willing..."
So the rumors have been floating around for 30 years at least.

Campaigned here for Obama in 2008. Some drunk on the street called him Nipsy Russell.

I’m 34, so I was too young to be exposed to that stuff. That being said, I’m not surprised.

Good point. I am don’t recall any specific allegations against Ted Kennedy. One Kennedy family member went on trial for rape and was acquitted. Another went on trial for the slaying of a young girl. In Teddie’s case, death was his companion.

It’s a legitimate concern. There a lot of allegations, but as yet there is no conviction. We will see how this plays out now, whether or not there is going to be a criminal conviction or a successful civil suit. I wouldn’t be surprised if Cosby died from heart attack before any of this comes about.
