Obama asked Congress on Monday for $263 million for the federal response to the civil rights upheaval in Ferguson, Missouri, and is setting up a task force to study how to improve modern-day policing.

Two reasons why he’s doing this:
1. Do what he knows well - Matters of substance (stimulus, ObamaCare) have gone kaput. So he’s shifting to what he knows well —multiKulti stuff he blathers in the faculty lounge.
2. Distraction - Amnesty means immigrants will take jobs, black jobs. So as bad as black unemployment already was, GayMuzzie knows it’s about to SKYROCKET. So he has to give with one hand, all while he takes away with the OTHER hand. So he makes nice-nice about the scarrrrry bad honky cops, right before all da bruthuz lose their jobs (those who did have jobs).

If anyone thinks a body camera would make any difference to the angry mob, they’re an idiot.
