Reminder #43: Obama Really Doesn’t Believe that America has a Right to Exist

By Daniel Greenfield

Obama went down to Chicago and continued his usual sneering promotion of amnesty. There was a time when Obama tried to play noble. He’s given that up for smug and condescending until he sounds exactly like his hipster advisers.

“I was just traveling in Asia — you go to Japan, they don’t have problems with certain folks being discriminated against because mostly everybody is Japanese,” Obama said.

Obama doesn’t seem to know that…

1. There’s plenty of discrimination in Japan, including internal caste discrimination, and against foreigners.

2. Japan has a simple immigration policy. “You aren’t moving here.”

But being non-white, Japan gets a laugh and pass from Obama and his bootlickers.

“But here, part of what’s wonderful about America is also what makes our democracy hard sometimes, because sometimes we get attached to our particular tribe, our particular race, our particular religion, and then we start treating other folks differently,” Obama said.

Sure. Just ask that cop who acted “stupidly”, or George Zimmerman or Darren Wilson or any American losing his job and his ability to support a family because of Obama’s amnesty. They know all about what happens when a leader starts “treating other folks differently”.

“If you look at the history of immigration in this country, each successive wave, there have been periods where the folks who were already here suddenly say, well, I don’t want those folks. Even though the only people who have the right to say that are some Native Americans,” Obama said.

That’s the sort of thing liberals have been saying for a while. They think it’s cute, but what it really means is that they are denying that America exist as a nation-state with specific borders and rights.

That pablum really means that America exists as a territory, not as a political covenant. That’s why Obama casually violates the Constitution. After all it’s just a document written by some old dead white men without the support of the “folks” living here.

Why should Obama accept it or accept the nation’s borders? He doesn’t

>> Obama: Even though the only people who have the right to say that are some Native Americans

— “the right to say”

— “ some” citizens

And yet Obama is still worshiped by some of our neighbors.

Most Americans believe President Obama does not have a right to exist.

” you go to Japan, they don’t have problems with certain folks being discriminated against because mostly everybody is Japanese,” Obama said.”

I knew a gal who is ethnic Korean from Japan.

Obama doesn’t know what he’s talking about.

But, he doesn’t care.

Obama should look up the Ainu people of Japan and see how well they get treated...

I knew a gal who is ethnic Korean from Japan..

If I am not mistaken the descendants of the Korean comfort women are still denied Japanese citizenship despite having been in Japan for generations.

But Obama would never mention inconvenient facts that do not support his point that the US is a racist nation outside the international mainstream.

How did open border immigration work out for Native Americans (or even the Aztecs)?

No, he doesn’t, but Greenfield is wrong about Japan, too. Foreigners can and do move here, but they don’t make it easy and they don’t tolerate illegals. You are not only expected, you are required to stay solvent, stay gainfullly and respectably employed, and most importantly, stay out of trouble.

However the biggest and easily most understandable reason why so few people try to immigrate is that there are no welfare freebies to be had. There are some, for Japanese, and even some that a foreign resident of good standing can qualify for, but the application procedures are strict, as is oversight, and fraud is severely punished.

I hear there are many illegal Chinese.

In some places it’s at very high levels.

I appreciate that as long as you don’t mind me doing so in advance of your awareness of said intelligence obviously exhibited in post #2.

As it was written, the humble intellect bequeathes his knowledge prior to the realization of its possession. So be sure to study the next idiot you see with a keen, insightful eye knowing there might be more there than what meets the ordinay eye...

We commented on the same quote (gee imagine that).

You took the easy path and highlighted the macro aspect of “citizens” (“ some” citizens ).

I focused like a laser at the actual comment about “some Native Americans”.

Sorry you are so troubled and can’t recognize that.
