INDIANAPOLIS - Indianapolis Metro Police are searching for a pair of thieves who pulled a gun on a greeter at a local Walmart store.
Surveillance cameras got a good look at the people responsible and investigators hope that leads to a break in the case.
Police say the two thieves stole from a Walmart and threatened employees with a gun. The store near 73rd and Keystone does have surveillance and cameras captured images of the suspects.
"So that's the two that did it?" asked shopper Tajuanea Dobbins. "That's scary to hear, yeah. That is scary to hear something like that."
Police say two female Walmart greeters saw the suspects carting a TV out of the store. When one of the greeters asked to see a receipt, one of the men pulled a gun and put it up to the employee's head.
The other greeter ducked and ran.

They got Rain Checks from the Ferguson’s WalMart for looting/stealing in their local store.

The local WalMart has just hired a security firm to take over checking receipts when you leave with your purchases. They are all very nattily attired in crisp white shirts and blue trousers with insignias on their sleeves. Don’t think they are armed however. The guards are all Hispanic males.

Cell phone records might help turn up suspects, the phone companies log GPS location of phones. Idiot.
In previous articles regarding theft from Walmart it was pointed out that any employee who attempted to intervene or otherwise foil the robbery would have their employment terminated. As a corollary it appears to me that had the thieves been white the book would be thrown at them. I think the legacy of Michael Brown is an unspoken double standard. If you want to lift something from WalMart hire a negro to do it for you. WalMart will look the other way.
There was also last year when the EBT computer went down, and Wal-Mart let people take stuff.
