Russia appears to be taking serious moves to combat the “radicalization” of Muslims within its border. Recent pro-Islamic (Russian Muslims slam ban on books) and that Russia is banning the Islamic hijab—the headdress Islamic law requires Muslim women to wear—and, perhaps even more decisively, key Islamic scriptures, on the charge that they incite terrorism.
In the words of Arabic news site (Elaph) “Russia is witnessing a relentless war on the hijab. It began in a limited manner but has grown in strength, prompting great concern among Russia’s Muslims.”
The report continues by saying that women wearing the hijab are being “harassed” especially in the “big cities”; that they are encountering difficulties getting jobs and being “subject to embarrassing situations in public areas and transportation. The situation has gotten to the point that even educational institutions, including universities, have issued decrees banning the wearing of the hijab altogether.”

He wasn’t elected by muslims. He was elected by the other anti-American factions that I described in my previous post. He is not governing as a muslim, but as a black Progressive. Nothing he does is overtly muslim, but everything he does is motivated by his blackness and Progressiveness.

Except maybe his efforts to build a Caliphate by the attempted destruction of the governments of Libya, Egypt, Syria, et al, his hatred and contempt for Israel and most of our other allies, kissing the Saudi King's ring, his support of the muslim brotherhood, CAIR, etc. His close association with muslim terrorists like Nidel Hasan, his limited strikes against ISIS and what appears to be his covert support of them, releases from Gitmo, his appointment of muslim brotherhood members to his cabinet . . . etc., etc., But really, nothing he does is overtly muslim. I suppose there is as much covert as overt.

No doubt about that. There’s plenty of covert things that he does that benefits the muslims, but note that nothing in that long list of things is direct action against the United States. But, our enemy at home is taking active steps to destroy this nation right now! If we get rid of the Progressive movement and the noxious idea of hyphenated Americans (not the people, but just the idea that you can be American and something else), then we will have the strength to fight and defeat the Caliphate, if it ever comes to pass. I think that at some point, the Persians vs Bedouins vs Ottomans will destroy the unity of the Caliphate so they may never present a threat to the US.

Vlad is the man that the US military always feared would become the leader of the Soviet Union. The Soviets spent in relative and often absolute terms a lot more money on preparing to militarily defeat the west than NATO plus the US ever did and they were a lot more serious about fighting the Cold War than we were from LBJ until Reagan. We were very very lucky that the massively armed USSR got into an existential economic crisis just when there was a succession of Romney/Mclame type gerontocrats who had to be given their ‘turn’ to run the country into the ground. This was climaxed by Gorbachev a man who believed his own press clippings and was just a vain, shallow and conceited as the US political/intellectual class. (Which is why the lamestreams and the NE liberal establishment fawned over him the way they do about the Mahdi. He was ‘one of them’. What ever he was Gorby had the guts of an Easter egg and when faced with defections inside the Eastblock and turmoil in the Socialist Motherland he acted like anything but a Russian and much like the sh*ts in the self elected ‘global governance class’ in the US and Europe. With someone like Putin in charge the Cold War might not have ended and the Euroweasels would have been effectively terrorized into providing ‘credits’ and purchasing cattle feed grain for the Soviets> Putin may be the fellow who will put the fear of Allah into the ragheads. If so one can only applaud his ruthless and Machiavellian resolve to bring those pos’s to heel.
