This is the same social psychological nonsense pushed by Thur-not-so-good Marshall with "Dr." Ken Clark's trumped-up and utterly silly baby doll study in Brown v. Board. That, of course, was the ruling that ended the once-fine education system of this Republic. Clark's biased methods and the interpretation thereof were utterly flawed in every way but the Warren Court bought that psychobabble garbage hook line and sinker.
