Recently, the chief of Milwaukee’s law enforcement agency came under attack by black activists.The activists accused Flynn of not taking a recent officer-involved shooting seriously.
That shooting ended with a black man named Donte Hamilton dead. The officer was defending himself from a potentially deadly attack by the deranged Hamilton, who had taken a police baton and violently assaulted the responding officer ... They also singled out Chief Flynn as being uncaring and mocked him for being on his cell phone during part of the meeting.
At the risk of seeming trite:

You have tunnel vision and should be ashamed. In context, he was emphasizing the dangers to his police officers. That was why he mentioned high capacity hand guns. The media gets it when those scary words are used. If he really wanted to make his point, he could have said AK47s instead.
I don’t have tunnel vision, I simply listened to the man’s words.
In America blacks commit homicide at more than seven times the rate, of whites.
Proof is in Dept. of Justice records.
Mostly they kill other blacks.

what’s amusing about this is that chief flynn is a total liberal. and a rabid anti-2a for citizens, cop.
personally i cannot stand him. he just got personally pissed b/c he’s fielding a call about a black girl caught by gunfire and the thugs there didn’t know that’s what the call was about. he was just taking it personally. he would rather the entire citizenry was disarmed. he came from massachusettes for cripes sake so it’s no surprise he doesn’t want citizens with guns b/c of “officer safety”. let’s’jut cancel the 2nd amendment for officer safety. that’s his belief.
luckily milwaukee county has sheriff clarke. and not another flynn clone. clarke says the same stuff, but not b/c he’s personally pissed off, and he welcomes armed law abiding citizens as part of the solution and security of the county.

Of course it could be taken that way, but it seemed to me that what he was referring to was lawless thugs carrying illegal guns around and killing people with them.
I want those guns taken away from those people too.

The goons might have pulled it off if it hadn't been for the store video. The press will lie for the left even when it means the life of an innocent cop is on the line. Or they'll help hide the truth. But even the New York Times and NBC couldn't overcome the video. Once that was out the bullsh*t about this teenager being a gentle giant was out the window for good.
Besides, I suspect the "Justice" department thugs felt Brown was a good case to beat-up cops with. They guessed wrong.
Holder knew the power of the video and tried to suppress it they tried to bully the chief into not showing it. The chief was brave and did what was right ... thank God.

I believe these things are closely controlled and predictable events.
I think the bad early optics (dead “teen”, hours in street etc) lent to our opportunistic manipulators setting the stage and using modern public relations techniques, situational modelling and media influence to whip up the desired results...
Another tension building, energy sapping Public Relations psyop, that creates crisis fatigue and desensitises Americans thus shifting focus from the new rules of engagement.

You are right in that. He is a gun-grabber. The rest of what he said however was right on. But it’s probably the only time you’ll hear him speak that way. He usually pretty says what the mayor wants him to. He is not a fan of the 2nd amendment.
Now Milwaukee Cty’s Sheriff David Clark talks like this all of the time and he will tell you that you need to be able to defend yourself and not wait for the police. I love that guy!
