Definitely incitement to riot and accessory, accomplice to the felonies of arson etc. Charge him!
Cannot justify NOT charging him.
But, but, he was baptized this past Sunday and the thugs (most likely) burned the church building where the baptism occurred on Monday...you can’t make this stuff up!

If just one tenth of the rioters last night had cared about the dead eighteen year old enough to try to prevent him from being a thug, he would still be alive! All that energy and destruction should be channeled into preventing the distorted view of the world that Mr. Brown had to prevent other children from following in the same direction. What does it do to a four to twelve year olds mind to see their brothers and sisters rioting?

The system ‘is a cultural problem’ that tells young men it’s okay to challenge, defy, and then attack authority.... It’ll never get fixed as long as ‘that fact is denied’.

I get the feeling we are all missing something here. Holder and Obama involvement. They do not give a rat’s behind about Mike Brown, but they never do anything without a reason.
I believe that reason is to federalize all police in America.

The state has already indicted 20 of Holder’s goons, and they’re serving 10 to 20 years in state prison.
They just burned their own communities stores down.....I mean how stupid can you get! They themselves could have stopped it without the police ir anybody else rather than watch them be set on fire and then sit back and enjoy the flames.
