Next they should defund all democrat institutions such as the N.E.A., the E.P.A., the I.R.S, homeland insecurity, the F.C.C., the D.A.T.F., and all others whom the evil communist democrats and rino allies use to intimidate citizens of the U.S. with their evil judges and bureaucratic unconstitutional policies. Hagel also called for upgrading our nukes, and I think that is the other reason. Even Rumsfeld did not want to upgrade them, because he had bought the lie of the anitnukes that it cost too much. It actually is a drop in the bucket, and even less than the cost of fraudulent abuse of Obamacare.
