I figured out why Crump and the like (sharpton, JJ,Holder) take on these cases where they know they will lose.

It’s because they can only win if they lose. The can only keep claiming racism as long as they lose the cases.

“I think that none of those people would be satisfied unless a prosecutor deems Wilson guilty by some sort of executive order...”

Great line but I fear you might be giving Obama ideas?

the Prosecutor punted and referred the the case to a Grand Jury

Team owner: Obama / Coach: Eric Holdr / Kicking Team Coach: Governor Nixon

The coach told the Prosecutor to punt.

..."the Prosecutor punted and referred the the case to a Grand Jury........ on the pretext that Grand Jury impartiality was needed to lend unbiased, third party credibility to the decision not to charge Officer Wilson".....

So at what point did Holder actually show his face before or after the following...this would not have been 'punted' had there not been outside influences IMO

Leftist spokesmen for lawlessness are still trying to stirt up trouble while, at the same time, attempting to justify Black privilege.

BS. The target of a grand jury may testify but most defense attorney’s won’t let them

Mr. McCullogh, the DA, said something in his address last evening that sounded to me like he had given the GJ an engraved invitation to indict Wilson. He said he presented the GJ with a list of 5 possible indictments they could bring against Wilson, based on THE EVIDENCE. After 3 months of laboriously scrutinizing the EVIDENCE, they could not find grounds for handing down ANY of the 5. Methinks this man’s protesting is disingenuous.

I spent a year as the foreman of a county criminal grand jury about twenty years ago. Several times we found that we could not indict and returned a No Bill. However, most times the cases presented by the DAs who came before us were very well put together and the evidence was overwhelming that the person to be indicted was the person who should be indicted for the crime. Grand Jurors are permitted to ask their own questions of any witnesses.

We also were once requested to look at a First degree murder case the DA was questioning whether they had enough to take to jury for trial. This case was argued before us as though it were a full fledged trial, with another DA acting as a defense attorney. I acted as the judge with an attorney advising me. Witnesses were brought to California from as far away as New York to testify. While we were convinced the accused was guilty, the proof presented, and the theory of case presented, did not rise to the level of "Beyond a reasonable doubt."

My Grand Jury told the DA that we believed the accused was the perpetrator of the murder, but they could not prove it with the case they presented to us. However, having presented the case to us, several of us came up with an alternative theory of how and where the crime occurred, which also fit the evidence and the witnesses statements, which I wrote up for the investigators and which we recommended they pursue.

Five years later the county sheriff's department arrested the same accused for the murder. The man took a guilty to the crime in a plea bargain, and during elocution, described how the crime had gone down, exactly as we had concluded it had to have been done.

Sometimes, a Grand Jury can often find the truth when they are given all the facts, the evidence, and the witnesses.

The goal is to find the truth. And the truth was discovered.

Thank you for posting Wilson's actual testimony.....
Very interesting read...

I found it quite interesting that Brown had knee shin socks on with pot leaves printed on them. ( And I knew prior of his baseball cap)..... Young adults often times wear clothing reflecting their interests and what they like. To make their own personal fashion statement. So these played into Michael's habits and enjoyments.

Having worked in High Fashion for several years we were taught to pay special attention to what an individual already wears in order to correlate their fashion interests. So we were observant from the time they entered the lobby showroom til they were escorted to the appropriate dressing rooms.......... I have found that skill doesn't leave you even after you are no longer in that field of work. So this was an interesting and revealing fact Wilson had noted about Brown's attire.

Also that Michael's first words spoken with the officer were confrontational and unprovoked......and continued so throughout that time. I understand it was that as well with the store owner he ruffed up.

Then "seeing and "hearing" his step-fathers (Head), (and a foremer ex-con) screaming out to "burn it down" after the announcement...and the way he handled Lesley when she began crying....he too appears to be pretty wired.

Compare him to Michael's real Father who is much more subdued and obviously not wired...it's not difficult to see 'who' was influencing Michael in a bad way.

Further that Michaels' neighborhood was a gang neighborhood and well known to be anti-police. There's a picture coming out that's pretty clear about how these family members have lived and their environment.

Sounds to me like they know they don’t have a case in any court on Wilson...so they’re going to once again Blame the process and individuals and the system itself. Casting doubt NOW for what they intend to do later on in a civil suite if they press for one.

BTW We learned the family knew two weeks out, having been notified, what was coming down with the jury....so this was pretty much show. Even they admitted it along with many of the protesters.
