But I must return to my overall point that Giuliani is correct about the problem of black-on-black crime. I have to admit that my major eye-opening experience regarding this serious problem came only just recently. I sat down to do a TV interview with former New York City Police Commissioner Ray Kelly, who was defending the NYPD's controversial crime-fighting tactic of "stop and frisk." That's when Kelly told me that over 90 percent of murder victims in New York City are African-American, and the person who pulled the trigger is almost always African-American.
You may not like what Giuliani said or how he said it, but he was correct.

He is right. Black on black crime is rampant but one white cop kills on black thug and they want to burn the city down.
I don’t get it. The Ferguson riot pics show that most businesses burned and trashed were black-owned. “Hey we’re mad at whitey so let’s go burn down a brother’s place”. Makes no sense.
But somehow, blacks will find a way to blame whites for blacks killing blacks. So damned many of them are complete idiots. They cannot get simple facts. The facts in the Michael Brown case didn’t matter to so many of them.
Most of them were too damned stupid to even know what the prosecutor was saying last night. They don’t want to listen. They prefer violence. These thugs blame everyone else for their FAILURES. That’s what they are — FAILURES.
