The Dominic Carter I remember was a newscaster on the black racist radio station WLIB in the 90’s. He was then hired by Time Warner’s NY1 in NYC until he was fired for assaulting his wife. I believe he was also a good friend of David Dinkins. Maybe he’s had a Epiphany?
