The grand jury investigating the police shooting of Michael Brown heard from more than 60 witnesses including some who saw the confrontation from their cars, homes or the street. The documents show the jurors who ultimately decided not to indict Officer Darren Wilson had to sift through accounts that often conflicted with each other. Here are some excerpts from the police interviews and testimony:

stories I mean
Rudy G said the prosecutor went easy on the perjurers....
“Rudy G said the prosecutor went easy on the perjurers....”
Went easy? They should be in jail! He let them have a free pass.
Uh, but NBC failed to mention that there was no “conflicting accounts” from the forensic evidence gathered at the scene and later by the various police departments and the FBI, and that the grand jury was easily able to determine which witnesses were credible and which were deliberately lying based on the consistency of their stories with the forensic evidence.
NBC also failed to mention how many of they lying witnesses repeatedly changed their stories and then changed them again AFTER their stories were pointed out to them as conflicting with the forensic evidence.
So this wasn’t the simple “he said, she said” story like NBC would like everyone to believe.
NBC has been sinking like the Titanic for years. When it’s finally at the bottom of the ocean let me know.
that he did...
Yeah, inconsistent with the truth.
Many of the “witnesses” actually saw nothing and simply repeated and expounded on the lies they had heard.
Exactly. I was thinking the same thing last night. The little punk liar that robbed the store with Blimpy lied his butt off from the word go and only the media and the IQ impaired ever had any doubts.
They know exactly what they are doing.
Witnesses with an agenda gave
PERJURIOUS
accounts.
I would like to know how the 3 black jurors voted.
Chief among the witnesses given a free pass is Dorian Johnson - Brown’s partner in the robbery.
As far as I can tell he remains uncharged for that crime - and he was even interviewed last night.
Also, Conservative Treehouse has done some good work establishing that Johnson was part of the scuffle (they identified a yellow bracelet he was wearing at the robbery was laying on the ground in photos of the shooting scene). So, in MO, Johnson could be charged with Felony Murder.
But nothing happens to him.
Exactly. Witnesses can say anythinq, but whatever they say that contradicts the hard evidence is either mistaken or a deliberate lie.
too bad there are not any comments on that story.
That is why you should not watch NBC Views.
Every murder case I’ve ever looked into with multiple witnesses had conflicting accounts. Matching testimony to a map and the forensic evidence usually helps clear things up a bit.
Am I reading this right? Did it really take 6 “journalists” to write a story that had already been written for them — just needed to scan (or whatever they do) into newspaper form.
Moreover, the last “conflicting” point was he had his hands up. This was the point of the white house authored piece (of sht).
Wait till they all get Pulitzers.
