The Damage was started when this nation decided to keep the Negro on the plantation of WELFARE and free housing, food stamps...obama phones...race baiting for a living like the Rev. Jackson and Sharpton...Black Panthers and yes the Black Cacus of Washington, D.C. Mr. Brown's parents statement is very telling of the welfare attitude:

"Brown’s parents Michael Brown, Sr. and Lesley McSpadden said in a statement, “We are profoundly disappointed that the killer of our child will not face the consequence of his actions. While we understand that many others share our pain, we ask that you channel your frustration in ways that will make a positive change. We need to work together to fix the system that allowed this to happen.”

The "system" that allowed this to happen is not teaching your child-ren manners, honesty, humility, and belief in The Almighty....The Browns may come to accept the fact that their child came to face the consequences of his actions.
