Congressional Black Caucus Chair: ‘There Is An Unwritten Rule That Black Lives Hold No Value’

On Monday Rep. Marcia Fudge (D-OH) called the grand jury’s decision not to indict officer Darren Wilson in the shooting death of Michael Brown a “miscarriage of justice.”

In a statement released through the Congressional Black Caucus, which she chairs, Fudge said the decision not to indict Wilson “is a slap in the face to Americans nationwide who continue to hope and believe that justice will prevail.”

“This decision seems to underscore an unwritten rule that Black lives hold no value; that you may kill Black men in this country without consequences or repercussions,” Fudge said. “This is a frightening narrative for every parent and guardian of Black and brown children, and another setback for race relations in America.”

“My heart goes out to Michael Brown’s loved ones, and to the loved ones of all the Michael Browns we have buried in this country,” Fudge said.

Last week, G.K. Butterfield, the incoming chair of the Congressional Black Caucus — and former Superior Court judge — said that a crime “probably was committed” in the shooting and he warned that “if [grand jurors] turn their backs on justice …there will be pushback from those who are concerned about it — and I’m one of those who’s concerned about it. There will be pushback. We will be asking questions.”

Jay Johnson's business was looted and trashed last night. He isn't sure how he'll feed his family.

With a little of your tax money, a little of my tax money....

He should call Al Sharpton and Jessy Jackson and see if he can get help rebuilding his life. Those two are always giving and helping their fellow brothers.

I propose a new competition show: “Looting With The Stars.” Teams of three, including an inner city badass, a street agitator, and a D-list celebrity receive judges’ points and viewer votes as they tear up, loot, and burn local businesses. Miss Fudge can be contestant #1.

I don't know if Ms. Fudge has been paying attention...but as far as advertising goes...the married black female is the smartest, most powerful being on the planet. A close second is the single black female.

Married white males hold the bottom position, i.e. the stupidest, inept creatures alive.

We pretend they are well-intentioned people who believe in laws, the constitution, equality and fairness when in fact their entire lives are spent spitting on each of those concepts.

Can't be overstated. I'm SICK to DEATH of seeing this fact tiptoed around by the media (including many conservatives) and GOP spokesmen.

Ok Marcia, back up that sound-bite. Which evidence, specifically, do you think the grand jury overlooked, or took too much notice of, that caused them to come to the wrong conclusion?

More to the point Marcia, just because you "feel" the decision was wrong, well that holds no legal sway whatsoever. Evidence and facts dear. Where are yours? Prove that that grand jury was wrong or STFU.

Even if one grants the premise that violence by white police officers against blacks is epidemic, it certainly seems as if the black community is only hurting its own cause by its reaction to this case.

As I said last night, "Just once, wouldn't it be shocking if the 'democrat' community were to dissprove the stereo type and not behave as predicted?"

I feel that way when I see the black leadership ignoring black-on-black violence, thousands of black youth killed every year in our cities, but not by whites so it isn’t helpful for grabbing power or raising money.

I see it in the message sent to black mothers, who are encouraged to kill their babies, at rates approaching 50% — a racial genocide supported by the Democratic Party and white liberals.

I see it in the discouragement of family, in government policies that lead to black children being raised by the street, as their fathers abandon them and their mothers work to feed them. And in liberal mayorships full of corruption and greed, where the power-brokers exist only to enrich themselves, while they discard a generation of young.

I see it in the liberals push for amnesty, in Obama’s plan to keep 5 million blacks unemployed and downtrodden while he gives their jobs to people here illegally from other countries.

Brown was shot because of the lack of respect for life. Not the Cop’s lack of respect, but his own. He didn’t value his own life, he traded it away for some cigars, some Pot, and his “self-respect” not wanting to back down from “whitey”.

The head of the NAACP just basically said the grand jury was overwhelmed with too much evidence. In other words, “Don’t give us facts. Give us what we want to be the facts.”

As for the black caucus, fudge all of them.

When this thing broke in Ferguson I figured that they had finally found their case of a white policeman killing a black teen with no reason. I felt some sympathy...until the truth started emerging. We find out that Mike Brown was not the gentle saint he ws proclaimed to be. He had just committed a crime. Later we find out that he tried to overpower the cop for his gun.

All I could think is once again, the blacks wanted to make this case that cops are out there killing little black kids all over the US.

I was thinking that, just once, could the grievance crowd please give us an innocent victim instead of trying to turn a budding thug into a saint.

Problem is they cannot, because the cops do not go around all over the US killing innocent black kids. If they did, we would have constant news reporting truly innocent little black kid victims of police racist killings.

They were bitching last night that no fire trucks were responding. I’m glad they let it burn. But the business owners should have been on the rooftops and shot anyone who approached the store with a cigarette lighter.

The Emperor really looked mad and pissed off giving his little speech after the no-bill.

He didn't even watch the D.A.'s new conference and his explanation of facts & fiction.

‘There Is An Unwritten Rule That Black Lives Hold No Value’

It isn’t unwritten. It’s right in the DNC platform.

The part about supporting unlimited abortions, supporting hard-core feminism, and encouraging welfare. Remember that?

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What an interesting choice of words.

Who is murdering blacks....look no further than planned parenthood!!!! Funny how they can blame one white police officer for defending himself against a black thug but not a word about the millions of black babies that are murdered by Planned Parenthood and the black mothers that voluntarily have their babies ripped from their bodies and thrown in the garbage.
