Evidence Photos of Darren Wilson After Shooting

I am gobsmacked at the number of deeply interesting things I am finding within the grand jury document leak, particularly when comparing the testimonies and interviews of different witnesses.

They frequently say the same thing but filter it with a construct.

For example, many, many witnesses describe a confrontation between Brown and Wilson while Wilson was seated in the LEO SUV, calling it a struggle over something, a tug of war, a back and forth, each man pulling on the other, each man holding the other's shirt, a struggle with Mike Brown throwing punches, etc. Some are very specific, with estimated times of struggle, changes in actions, how much of Mike Brown upper body was 'in' the police vehicle, etc.

Two (I think two, perhaps three) witnesses say, simply: The policeman was trying to pull Mike Brown into the police car.

It sounds to me as if everyone saw the same thing, but a couple of witnesses interpreted the actions as Warren trying to pull Brown into the vehicle through the open window.

I'm considering a summation of these types of instances that I find interesting, items similar to so many witnesses commenting without prompting on Wilson's red face or a couple of witnesses' interpreting the confrontation as Willson pulling Brown into the police SUV.

Do you believe there would be sufficient interest on FR?

This basically proves why investigators are quite hesitant to rely solely on eye-witness testimony...as they say in CSI...”follow the evidence”.

The DA did a real good job of laying out all the evidence the other night while pointing out the inconsistent testimony and in some cases, outright lies. All to no avail...the swine were going to riot either way.

As to your question about interest in this topic, I don’t know...you never can tell on FR what’s going to get FReeper interest around here sometimes.
