FERGUSON, Mo. (CBS St. Louis/AP) — A grand jury has decided not to indict Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson in the death of Michael Brown, the unarmed, black 18-year-old whose fatal shooting sparked weeks of sometimes-violent protests.
St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Bob McCulloch announced the decision Monday evening. A grand jury of nine whites and three blacks had been meeting weekly since Aug. 20 to consider evidence. The panel met for 70 hours and heard from 60 witnesses.

Yes, this is just the Rodney King mess all over again. Different decade and different city.
However, I don’t think (based upon what the “experts” are saying) that the feds will be able to prove civil rights were violated.
This will go to civil court. It will just get dragged on and on.
I just hope the police use as low as key of tactics as possible to suppress this uprising. Don’t want to give the left or race baiters more excuses to keep this going.
I truly wish things could settle down and race relations would improve for ALL Americans (regardless of skin color) to feel safe walking the streets when being lawful.
However, making out a junvenile thug to be some saint to push a racial equality agenda is just wrong. There is definitely a “wrong way” to bring about a “right thing.”

During the Rodney King, aka LA Riots, there were shots fired reports every 10 to 15 seconds on the police scanner the first 3 days.
We guarded drug stores that were still burning.
This isn't anywhere near the LA Riots.

Not if the 67 newark riot is an example...took em a few days to quell that one. They did manage to put out about 13000rounds of 30 caliber though! It was quite a show.

A group of thugs just looted a liquor and meat market wielding bats and busted out McDonald’s Windows as well. If it were my store I’d have had it barricaded and baseball bat had come thru it’d have been shoot on site. Where is the guard? Fox news is carrying it live
