The shipping season on the upper Mississippi River will end on Thursday as ice surrounding locks and dams near Minnesota's Twin Cities forced the earliest winter closure on records that date back to 1969, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers said.

For a couple of years it appeared the alarmists’ excuse for the “pause” was the warming really is occurring, but it is hiding in the deep ocean where we can’t find it. Seriously. Lately, however, I’ve seen some back off the claim because they can’t find any data to support it.

Well thank God they changed the term from Global Warming to Climate Change! Otherwise, they all would have felt pretty silly!
My friend, the latest term that is now used is Climate Disruption. Who knows what it will be next year?

Here in New England, we experience lots and lots of climate disruption in the winter!
Really, Palm Springs is only forecast for the mid 80’s and Orange County is forecast for the low 70’S upper 60’s this weekend. El Centro is only forecast in the upper 70’s. Where do you get this 106 degrees from for this weekend.
Must be that nasty Global Warming Ice (H6O...CO2 sucked up all the extra O atoms) which turns up “unexpectedly” as a result of Global Warming.
That flows nicely with polar vortex.
